Most adolescents need guidance at one point or another in their lives and adolescent counselling is the perfect medium, especially when your child's behaviour has changed. A teenager who has suddenly become withdrawn, stressed, depressed or moody could use someone to talk to. But it is ideal to have the relationship already established!

Relationship Counselling

Child and Family Counselling

They say it takes a village. So when we work with children, we often involve the entire family. Family counselling can help solidify learning, encourage change and help kids and families live better together.
